These Terms govern your use of our website, newsletter, and pre-order service. By using any of these, you agree to be bound by them. Company & Statutory Information:

ELIGIBILITY AND USE
You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use our services. You may not use the site or its services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
PRICES
All prices include VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate. Prices may change; the price displayed at the moment of order is the binding price. No shipping or delivery fees apply, as all orders are for in-store pickup, unless explicitly stated for catering.
PRE-ORDERS AND IN-STORE PICKUP (TEbI)
Pre-orders are processed through Tebi and require full prepayment at the time of order. You are responsible for collecting your order at the selected location and within the selected window. We cannot hold orders beyond that window.
Fresh baked goods are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Because each order is baked fresh for your pickup window and cannot be resold, prepayment is non-refundable in the event of no-show or late collection. This is disclosed before payment at checkout.
A refund or replacement will be offered where (i) we cannot fulfil the order due to our error or closure, or (ii) the product has a quality defect raised at pickup or notified within 24 hours with photographs where possible. For quality concerns, contact info@bakkerijwolf.com. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in shape, colour, and finish are natural to hand-made goods.
4. ACCOUNT & NEWSLETTERS (BREVO)
Newsletter subscriptions are managed via Brevo and confirmed via double opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
5. DATA PRIVACY (GDPR)
Your personal data is processed under the GDPR and Dutch Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet AVG).
We process data on the basis of contract performance (orders), explicit consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement). Brevo, Tebi, and Google LLC act as processors under Article 28 GDPR agreements. Data processed by Google for analytics purposes is transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Transactional records are retained up to seven years under Dutch fiscal law; other personal data only as long as necessary.
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Contact info@bakkerijwolf.com to exercise these rights; we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies & tracking
This website uses cookies to function correctly and, with your consent, to measure how visitors use the site. On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Framer session and preference cookies — to render the site correctly and remember your consent choice. Duration: session to 1 year.
Analytics (only set if you accept)
_ga(Google Analytics) — distinguishes unique users. Duration: 2 years._ga_F5XDB10MR3(Google Analytics) — persists session state for our property. Duration: 2 years.Google Tag Manager loads our analytics tags after consent.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. No advertising or marketing cookies are set. We do not run remarketing, retargeting, or behavioural advertising. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under the conditions described in Section 5.
If you reject non-essential cookies, no analytics cookies are placed and Google Analytics does not load.
7. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our online pre-order services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury where that limitation would be unlawful under EU consumer protections.
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
We use Tebi (ordering) and Brevo (CRM). We do not control their infrastructure, and your use of these features may also be subject to their own terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you have a complaint, contact info@bakkerijwolf.com; we aim to respond within 14 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available. Information on alternative dispute resolution is available via the European Consumer Centre Netherlands (eccnederland.nl).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms by posting changes to the website. For minor updates, continued use constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting consumer rights — pricing, refunds, or data processing — we will notify account holders by email and via a website banner before changes take effect.
